Quick Jam Tarts, with La Dinette Jam

I don't think this quite quantifies as a recipe, mainly because I buy all the bits pre-made and just put them together... but...

... it's a really simple, quick and yummy thing to make! 

Jam Tarts! With very yummy La Dinette Jam.

All you need:

A roll of sweet shortcrust pastry
Some Jam (I used La Dinette's Vanilla & Pear)

Leave your pastry out for 20 mins to soften a bit.

Cut your pastry using a cookie cutter, a little wider than the holes of a cupcake tin, and press into the holes.

Add approx. 1 teaspoon of jam per hole.

Then cut some extra pastry into whatever shape you fancy - lattice, hearts, stars... anything that will fit on top!

Then bake at about 180 degrees for 10 - 15 mins. Mine always take a little longer though!

And that's it! Yummy, easy jam tarts... Simples.
